What's the role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team in the Joensuu area.
You will have the opportunity to work on some of the Finland’s construction projects whilst at the same time receiving world-class training and development to take your career to the next level. In this role you are responsible for developing the accounts and sales in your own territory.

What does the role involve?
The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place.

What you need is:
- Great attitude and business orientation
- Customer service & sales experience gained in any industry
- Relevant degree and desire to build your career in sales (i.e. Ms.Sc in Business or Engineering)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Business understanding and the ability to develop long term customer relationships
- Fluent skills in Finnish and English
- Willingness to travel

You could find yourself on construction sites or in offices and warehouses.
