Key Project Manager - Mobile

What's the Role?

We are looking for a high-performing and driven Key Project Manager (KPM) to join our team in Cairo .This role will look after our existing key projects around Egypt and will involve travel within the country.

It involves passionately creating enthusiastic customers and building a better future. You will focus on providing technical support, submitting, specifications, and Sales execution to all customers inside the key project in Egypt.

What does the role involve?

As the Key Project Manager you’ll find yourself working closely with different teams to realise project potentials and sales targets across Egypt. This includes working with external stakeholders such as our customers; and internally with the sales teams to identify business opportunities for specific key projects in Egypt.

This is a high mobility role that involves traveling to different stakeholders within Egypt and acting as a single point of contact or a single owner of the project to integrate all the activities from sales planning to sales acquisition to the execution of the project/orders. Your job is to orchestrate the project team (including sales, engineering, and other main stakeholders involved) functioning by drafting a direction, aligning the team and guiding them to win sales must-win battles targeting the end objective of maximising sales on these construction projects.

What you need is:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Maximum 0-3 years of professional experience - working experience in sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - advanced English communication is a must
  • You must have an Egyptian driver's licence and a car
  • The ability to be mobile around the country is a must
  • Enthusiasm to learn, with a strong drive to consistently meet performance targets
  • An agile approach to solving problems, with a solution-oriented mind-set
  • Strong business acumen, with a team orientated attitude
