WHAT'S THE ROLE

Hilti Korea is looking for a commercially minded and digitally skilled Engagement Marketing E-Commerce Specialist to drive the performance of our digital channels and strengthen the online customer journey. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform, executing digital marketing initiatives, and leveraging digital communication to support customer activation and retention and you will drive strategic engagement marketing communication topics at Hilti together with various internal stakeholders and in close cooperation with A1(Asia region) team.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?


Engagement Marketing

  • Execute targeted engagement marketing flows in collaboration with the A1(Asia region), Korea sales, product marketing, and trade marketing teams.
  • Lead selected engagement campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring an integrated omni-channel customer experience and cutting-edge digital communication.
  • Support physical sales channels by generating high-quality digital leads.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Power BI and SFDC; derive actionable insights to optimize engagement strategies.
E-Commerce

  • Manage and enhance Hilti.co.kr ( https://www.hilti.co.kr/ ) and Naver Brand Store( https://brand.naver.com/hilti ),
    focusing on high-impact content, seamless user experience, and improved conversion rates across the customer journey.
  • Plan and localize digital campaigns and product launches for the Korean market, measuring effectiveness and ROI.
  • Promote adoption of self-service solutions on https://www.hilti.co.kr/
    through training initiatives and targeted communications.
  • Strengthen brand presence with compelling content and effective email marketing strategies.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (e.g., traffic, conversion, engagement) to identify growth opportunities.
General Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage internal stakeholders and contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying and addressing both short- and long-term challenges.
  • Demonstrate a strategic, hands-on mindset with strong project ownership and execution capabilities.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, including campaign execution and platform management.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics , SEO (Search Engine Optimization)/SEM (Search Engine Marketing) , CRM (Customer Relationship Management) , and CMS (Content Management System) tools to drive traffic, visibility, and conversion (preferred).
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; able to confidently present to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to influence and collaborate across a matrix organization.
  • Strong business acumen with a balance of visionary thinking and practical, hands-on execution.
  • Proven ability to analyze data , optimize processes, and enhance customer experience.
  • Skilled in simplifying complex or financial topics for non-digital audiences through clear and structured communication.
  • Highly proactive , with strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for digital innovation.
