What's the role?
Our management associate program is a 24 months development program. You will participate in multiple workshops and assignments as an individual contributor in Quality, Production, Technical Service, Lean Manufacturing and BU functions.
What You'll do
<span style=" display:block;">1.Support Global Process Management System (GPMS) which in accordance with manufacturing / production quality to be executed. </span><span style=" display:block;">2.Support to track Quality First initiatives to be well implemented throughout the relevant areas.</span><span style=" display:block;">3.Cooperate and coordinate to office digitalization approaches (work smart @ Quality dept). </span><span style=" display:block;">4.Assist with production quality engineers for collecting, prioritizing and interpreting quality data from SAP.</span><span style=" display:block;">5.Assist with production quality engineers for line quality problem-solving </span><span style=" display:block;">6.Participate in daily job with IQC (incoming inspection) and PIs (patrol inspector) to get component / product assembly knowledge know-how. </span>
What You’ll Bring
<span style=" display:block;">1.Bachelor’s or master’s degree with the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.</span><span style=" display:block;">2.Ability to communicate fluently in English and an understanding of German is preferred.</span><span style=" display:block;">3.Open-mind attitude, energetic and dynamitic.</span><span style=" display:block;">4.Available for international mobility.</span><span style=" display:block;">5.Team player with excellent communication skills, social and intercultural competences.</span>
