What's the role?

Contribute to the success of the HILTI SPEC2SITE Marketing program by supporting and driving key initiatives aimed at simplifying and harmonizing how we communicate our value proposition to design engineers and contractors. This role involves proactive engagement across multiple project streams, with responsibilities spanning software development, digital marketing asset creation, and end-to-end project management. You will take ownership of strategic topics and contribute meaningfully in a dynamic, global environment.

Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months.

What does the role involve?

You will work on 2 important topics that are focused on customer experience and raising brand awareness.

You will support the SPEC2SITE Marketing Initiative team on building assets for the markets and work closely with all the global product managers of the BU Anchor, the global branding and digital teams. You will get to develop cross-departments coordination skills from planning to last mile execution and understand the operational marketing tasks involved behind an online product page.

What you need is:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing or related subjects for the entire internship period ( September - January)
  • A proven track record of marketing, digital marketing projects/initiatives you have worked on
  • Deep understanding of the tools that power marketing automation, experimentation, personalization, content creation, and analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
