Hilti Thailand is looking for a Logistics Specialist who will be our future leader with primary focus on Warehouse and Transport daily operations management.

What does the role involve?
This is a logistics distribution developmental position with the goal to acquire full understanding of logistics distribution operations management.
You will be responsible for operational topics between 3PL Warehouse & Hilti to ensure standards are met, support in achieving WH targets and drive continuous improvement. In addition, you will also have responsibility for transport operational topics to improve service levels on last mile delivery to our customers.
You will be part of the logistics team in Thailand, reporting to the Head of Logistics & CS.

What you need is:
- Control the warehouse & transportation expense
- Coordinate the receipt of all inbound shipments of goods and transfers into the warehouse, including all documentation, system updates and internal and external communication
- Reconcile inbound shipments to PO’s
- Minimize the storage at warehouse. Ensure that the agreed actions are implemented in the inbound and outbound goods flow processes.
- Secure an effective, qualitative, and efficient goods flow operation within the store's receiving, replenishment and picking processes.
- Managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries. Tracking the progress of shipments.
- On time outbound deliveries
- Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost work together with marketing, sales operation team to always secure the highest goods availability and at the lowest possible cost
- Perform reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
- Partner and communicate with 3PL warehouse & transport, and customer service
