What does the role involve?
The Solution Consultant role is highly impactful to our business, driving Service Solution and Tool Park Management strategies for our corporate customers. To achieve this, you will work closely with Area Sales Managers, coach Sales Account Managers, and lead the Solution Selling approach by engaging with customer C-suite management. Understanding customers’ needs and translating them into business opportunities will always be essential. As a Solution Consultant, you will act as both a product expert and process consultant, conducting onsite analyses, showcasing opportunities, and participating in management decision meetings to secure new partnership contracts.
You will also take a leading role in change management initiatives, fostering collaboration across the entire Hilti organization. This role is an ideal career booster for those pursuing a future in sales management.

What you need is:
- At least 4-5 years of sales, business development or consultancy experience
- Consultative selling experience. Able to sell concepts & connect customer needs with solution offerings
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with C-suite Executives customer
- Drive to develop strong and sustainable relationships internal and external
- Strong planning and organizational skills, independent, dynamic and highly motivated
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills to achieve customer satisfaction
