What's the role?
Our department is managing the Corporate Performance Management process at Hilti. You will support the team to coordinate this process to give transparency and insights to the Top Management about current financial performance and outlook. Start date is flexible, for minimum 6-12 months.

What does the role involve?
As an intern in our department, you will support us to deliver financial corporate presentations to the Top Management, including analysis, insights, and decision proposals. You will as well contribute to selected Finance projects, related to Performance Management of the company. Due to the global and multi-functional scope of the team activities, you will work closely with colleagues from all business areas and global market organizations.
Your key responsibilities will be the execution of the core finance report of the company monthly, as well we the coordination and support of all key activities of the team from the consolidation of the planning process to the update of critical slides part of Top Management presentations.
Our department was created less than four years ago and is constantly evolving along with Hilti priorities. As a matter as fact, we are intensively involved in the development of the new Group Strategy and it reflects well the diverse scope of responsibilities of the team: from strategic view to operationalization and you will experience it during your internship.

What you need is:
- Enrollment for the whole internship period in a Master’s program in Finance, Management or Engineering
- Fluency in English
- Effective communication skills
- A strategic approach and good problem-solving skills
- Interest for business analytics technologies
- Relevant work experience will be considered as plus
