Technical Engineering Office Manager

What's the Role?


Responsible for directly managing a team of Technical Designer Engineers while organizing and negotiating projects for its achievement in alignment to global requirement technical designs

What does the role involve?

If you are passionate about engineering and want to take the next step in your career by being part of a high-performance team in project management, this position is for you! You will responsible of the following:


  • Coordinate project statuses and its processes end to end
  • Control project chronogram, crossing scope and cost
  • Ensure proper engineering documentation including QA/QC into all engineering Services (Design Solution/Value Engineering/Technical Reports/Memory Calculation)
  • Periodical reports elaboration being capable for presenting it globally through different leadership grades
  • Ensure the adherence of the team and projects trough segmented and focused KPI’s and OKR’s
  • Lead individual and team meetings constantly for review and approach development, tasks and goals
  • Create balance, efficiency, and flawless collaboration between technical and commercial teams as well as that it can be driven in different stakeholders internally and externally to our organization

What you need is:

  • Mechanical (preferred) or Civil Engineering degree. Master’s degree is a plus
  • Extensive experience in structural engineering
  • At least 3 years managing a team of engineers or a multidisciplinary team is required
  • Used to have regional / global interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Spanish and English proficiency are a must
  • Full domain on MS software (Excel, Power BI, MSProject, Word, Power Point)
  • Basic knowledge of project management is required
  • Empathy and ability to work in multicultural environment
  • Clear oral and written communicator summed to Logical reasoning skill and Story-Telling ability
  • Can establish a mutual sense of trust and co-operation
  • Empathy and motivation must be a state of mind
