What's the role?
We are looking for a Digital Workplace engineer, eager to join our Workplace Platforms team that delivers modern, secure and personalized workplaces through effective engineering solutions for over 34,000 users globally. You will be part of a diverse and agile team that is always ready to learn and improve. We expect you to bring our user experience to the next level by engineering reliable and exciting solutions improving the Digital Workplace experience globally. You will have a great opportunity to explore and master the global Digital Workplace at HILTI and further grow your career. You will work alongside Engineers from different teams and get the chance to gain deeper insights into our technologies and the actual implementation of new solutions around Windows, macOS, Android and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).

Global IT within Hilti is a truly global team with main hubs in Buchs (Switzerland), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Plano/Tulsa (USA). What does the role involve?
As a Digital Workplace engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that delivers cutting-edge solutions for Hilti's global workforce. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining the solutions that enable Hilti employees to work efficiently and effectively from anywhere, anytime. As part of the Workplace Platforms team, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself into a multi-discipline engineer evaluating & implementing the latest technologies in the field of Windows, Modern Device Management, Desktop Virtualization & Printing. You will work across the technology platforms alongside our Senior engineers to expand your technology skillset. Doing so, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across different regions and functions to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible user experience.

What you need is:
- Minimum a bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, Business Management, or related fields with a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in Digital Workplace technology such as Desktop Virtualization, Mobile Device Management, Printing, or Windows Device Management.
- Ability and willingness to acquire technical knowledge in other technology areas of the Digital Workplace
- Active contribution to extension of team expertise in multiple technologies / skill areas.
- Able to develop yourself to deliver end-to-end including interfaces to others.
- Fluent in English, able to work and perform in an agile context applying the defined common methods.
