We are looking for a brilliant Field Engineer who is keen to start a rewarding and successful career path in an international company.
What You'll do
- You will work with customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to drive the specification and sales of Hilti products such as anchors, installation systems, direct fastening, and fire protection solutions.
- You will educate key influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages, and value of Hilti products to secure their inclusion in designs.
- You will communicate product specifications from design teams to sales teams, supporting account managers in converting specifications into sales.
- You will visit job sites to assess design challenges and opportunities, providing technical advice, solutions, and support to add value with Hilti products.
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in Civil or Building Engineering
- Excellent English and Italian
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Determination and willingness to learn
