  • You will lead weekly or bi-weekly divisional meetings with Sales Directors, Regional Managers and HR Business Partners, to provide data driven insights and updates, seek feedback and build strong relationships.
  • With hands-on proactive sourcing for priority roles, you will utilise our ATS and CRM, LinkedIn and job boards, ahead of conducting screening and interview preparation calls with all candidates, while representing Hilti as an employer of choice.
  • You will co-own the co-ordination and delivery of Hilti Graduate Programme assessment centres, by taking responsibility for candidate attraction, assessor preparation/education, as well as facilitating the assessment day and offer process.
