What's the role?

The Head of Strategic & Digital Marketing is responsible for coordinating and delivering business intelligence, systems, guidelines and decision support to effectively steer and prioritize the marketing and sales activities of the market organization. The Head of Strategic & Digital Marketing will ensure effective and efficient processes translate marketing strategies into marketing actions through the management of all aspects of strategic marketing intelligence and marketing communication needed to support the company’s objectives.

What does the role involve?

  • Effectively lead, manage, coach and develop all functions within the strategic marketing team.
  • Coordinate and provide business intelligence and analysis in the area of customers, competition and market environment. Management reporting.
  • Responsibility for all agreed aspects of marketing communications including Social Media and Brand Strategy in MO Australia.
  • Implementation, communication and controlling of structured and fair pricing as well as monitoring profitability.
  • Territory planning, proposal and support of market reach investment decisions to senior management.
  • CRM and market reach system management.

What you need is:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or Engineering
  • Experience working in a matrix environment handling regional and global stakeholders
  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience
  • At least 5 years of sales leadership experience
  • Minimum 3 years of Marketing team lead experience within the construction industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills working in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Extensive experience using Salesforce CRM
