What's the role

We are looking for a Service & Transport Manager for a one-year parental leave cover, ideally starting June 1 st . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest delivery quality to our customers in Sweden and Denmark. You will oversee and optimize domestic and international transport operations, drive continuous improvements, and enhance our logistics services offering. Your role will be instrumental in balancing cost efficiency, service quality, and operational excellence.

What does the role involve?

In this role, you will:

  • Manage transport operations – Track and optimize inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring high service levels for deliveries and repairs.
  • Enhance customer experience – Evaluate customer feedback and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve the order-to-payment & repair journey.
  • Drive cost efficiency – Manage transportation costs in Sweden and Denmark to meet budgets, validate invoices, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Develop logistics services – Analyze market needs, introduce new services, and continuously improve our logistics service catalog.
  • Lead process improvements – Standardize transport and service procedures, implement lean methodologies, and drive Kaizen initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work with sales, warehouse teams, and external logistics providers to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
  • Manage projects – Lead and support transport and service-related projects to drive innovation and efficiency.

What you need is:

  • Master's degree within Logistics or similar
  • 5+ years’ experience within Logistics and/or Transport
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP
  • Good project management skills, as well as result oriented and persistent in following up against targets and goals
  • Fluent in English & Swedish (written & oral), Danish is meritorious
