We are looking for an Account Manager, to join our sales team. This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and growing sales and developing a customer base for Hilti Bulgaria

The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place.

What you need is:

• University degree;
• 2+ years of sales experience (industrial market will be considered as a strong advantage)
• Results-oriented and proactive – able to get things done and achieve targets
• Innate learning agility, strong self-motivation and awareness;
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Multilevel communication skills and strong internal and external customer focus, effectively partnering with others to maximize results;
• Good planning and time management skills;
• B2 English level;
• Driving license category B.
