As a Finance Business Partner, you will lead and develop the finance function to deliver business targets,
drive profitable growth, ensure compliance, and nurture talent. Acting as a strategic co-pilot to the General
Manager and our management team, you will bring strong commercial and business acumen to guide
financial decision-making, challenge the status quo, and shape the future of the organization.

WHAT IS THE ROLE ALL ABOUT?
- Drive the strategic and operational performance management process of the organization.
- Shape and influence business strategy by delivering insightful financial guidance.
- Provide robust financial insights and ensure the best possible data to support business decisions. Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Use strong market understanding to link business activity to financial impact.
- Influence strategy through comprehensive financial analysis and recommendations.
- Oversee and steer all core finance activities, including month- and year-end closing.
- Drive optimization and continuous improvement in finance processes. Coordinate audit follow-ups and ensure adherence to internal audit recommendations.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/CPA/CIMA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in an operational or manufacturing environment.
- Strong strategic thinking with a commercial mindset and hands-on execution.
- Excellent understanding of financial processes including month/year-end closing, performance management, and compliance.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect financials to value creation.
- Confident communicator and influencer across all organizational levels and functions.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
- High learning agility and cultural awareness.
