What's the role?

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Team Leader to join our warm and friendly customer service team, based out of our Malaysia Offices. You will be responsible for achieving goals in the development of customers through leading & coaching the customer service and operations specialist team members.

What does the role involve?

  • Managing a dynamic team of Customer Service Representatives (non-voice) & Operations Specialists
  • Coaching team members in effective customer service, product knowledge, new marketing campaigns, SAP skills & process improvements
  • Achieving key Customer Service and Operations targets
  • Ensuring the right recruitment and effective onboarding of new team members
  • Reliable and efficient Order Processing and Service Excellence
  • Working with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Driving a strong team culture

What you need is:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with team leadership experience being advantageous
  • Strong in PC and systems knowledge (SAP) and MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational skills and process orientation required
  • Attention to details with the ability to understand interconnections between individual process elements and company strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills
  • Persistence and drive to implement despite obstacles
  • Ability to handle large work volume, multiple priorities, and ability to meet strict deadlines required 
  • Ability to work earlier hours to align with Australian time zones
