Assistant and Project coordination Corporate Services

You have a talent for organising and project management? In this exciting role you will support the Head of Corporate Services in all administrative and team management tasks, whilst having the opportunity to contribute to projects and initiatives.

This full-time role is available as soon as possible.

What You'll do

You will act as key contact person in organizing administrative tasks in collaboration with the Head of Corporate Services and support the Corporate Services Team. From coordinating meetings and managing calendars, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless operations. Your knowhow, your skilled handling with figures and your competency to communicate, will be key as you assist with reports, internal processes and ensure positive interactions with internal and external stakeholders. As a crucial part of the team, you’ll create an efficient work environment with the latest technology to support operational excellence and establish best practice.

You will play a responsible role in various projects. You will demonstrate your organisational skills when planning relocations with our service providers, create reports in Power BI and SAP, and contribute to many initiatives at the interface between technology and business. No day will be the same, each day will bring new challenges and opportunities!

What You’ll Bring

  • Completed Business and Administration apprenticeship (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Self-driven, proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint; business fluency in English (German is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with figures and reports
