What's the role?
For our location in Kaufering, we are looking for a Global Logistics Services Manager (m/f/d) who drives forward topics and projects in the logistics community. In this role you will lead and work in cross-functional teams in the front-end of service innovation and act as a champion for the customer within the Global Logistics. As an organisational talent and strong communicator, you have the ambition to leave your footprint in the company and are willing to actively contribute your ideas for the continuous improvement of processes and standards.

What does the role involve?
As a Global Logistics Services Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for and drive projects for the development and implementation of logistics services from the concept phase to the service launch. With your strong analytical and conceptual mindset, you will develop a global market understanding (competitive intelligence, customer needs) to design new services in line with our global logistics strategies. Working with global process and service managers, you will ensure an effective end-to-end process flow, defining global standards to ensure sustainability of processes & services. Last but not least, you will train and support regional service managers on service innovation practices and own and manage the logistics top customer approach roadmap.

What you need is:
Master’s degree in supply chain, marketing, business or related field
Proven operational experience gained in supply chain or marketing of products and services
Strong ability to lead through influence and collaborate closely with various stakeholders
Excellent conceptual skills coupled with project management know-how
Fluent in English; any other language a clear benefit
